A view on organizational development: Diversity and adaptability
We see diversity as a crucial factor for the adaptive capacity of an organization. In our view, openness and complementing each other's qualities are important factors for successful change. Therefore, in our counseling we look at how people together shape their work and organization, from which values they operate and what behavior they display.
An adaptive, successful organization consists of people who achieve a shared goal together. The right people in the right place, who can work from their own strengths. Who know where their abilities lie and how they can utilize them, but also know when they need to call in the reinforcements, how they can work together. An organization with an open culture, with people who have an outward focus and who organize their own work.
