The process of organizational advice: Analysis and coaching
The methodology used by Flexian to get results consists of two phases: analysis and coaching.
In the analytical phase we consider your organization’s objectives, to what extent your organization is adaptive, whether company values really mean something in your organization, whether the goals will be achieved and how your organization is trying to do this. We look at things like mission and vision, shared ambition, strategy, cooperation, leadership, outward focus, goals, behavior, group dynamics and the degree of rigidity. Source of data for the analysis is a conversation with the board or management, supplemented by policy documents and interviews with persons concerned as required.
Coaching: the pressure cooker
Our coaching is brief and concrete and is characterized by a focus on joint development and the future. Depending on the outcome of the analysis we provide the services described in the following tabs.
