After obtaining my BSc in Nutrition and Marketing I started my career in recruitment. I have held several commercial management positions with international organizations, including, among others, a large recruitment agency where I was regionally responsible as Commercial Manager for Commerce, Human Resources and Organization for about 10 years.
I have extensive experience in coaching, HR support and international (corporate/interim) recruitment. I recruit mostly for key positions in higher management and board level within profit organizations.
Great diversity in functions; from sales, innovation, data, R&D, purchasing, to technical, (process) technological, production and highly specialized positions.
The services I provide are mainly geared to the food (ingredients) industry, engineering, trade and industry.
