I coach companies and businesses in change processes and assist them in staff recruitment and selection. My coaching and training inspires people to act.
Which is why I am considered, with over 30 years’ experience, to be the specialist in "staffing issues." That feels good because I am passionate about placing the right person in the right place at the right time within organizations, to make them successful.
After my training at the HAS University of Applied Science in Den Bosch I worked in (inter)national commercial positions in the Food & Feed ingredients sector. My career grew from holding a position as commercial director, to Managing Director for the Benelux.
Partly because of this, I have a broad perspective and have knowledge of production, processing and marketing of agricultural commodities and the food industry.
Because of my interest in what moves people, in 2004 I decided to fully dedicate myself to "staffing issues" in organizations. Naturally I took (postgraduate) courses in this area and still continue to train. This fits with my motto "Keep developing, so that you Keep growing, in order to Keep your (potential) employer interested.” (Lifetime employability)
I have a large network in both the agricultural sector and in the food industry.
